2011 DISTRIBUTIONS

The New Century Capital, Opportunistic and International Portfolios pay dividends, if any, to its shareholders on an annual basis. The New Century Alternative Strategies and Balanced Portfolios pay semi-annual dividends to its shareholders of substantially all of its net investment income, if any, earned during the year from its investments. The information below is provided for tax planning purposes only and is not indicative of future portfolio yield.

Mutual funds are required to distribute income and gains to their shareholders in order to avoid income and excise taxes.  The shareholders in turn must include these distributions as income for tax purposes whether the distribution was received in cash or reinvested in additional shares.  Dividends are currently taxed at the more favorable long-term capital gain rates.
