2008 DISTRIBUTIONS

The New Century Alternative Strategies, Balanced, Capital and International Portfolios paid income dividends on December 31, 2008 to shareholders of record on December 30, 2008.  Final distribution amounts are shown in the table below.  The New Century Opportunistic Portfolio did not pay income dividends at this time.  Please note that none of the Portfolios paid capital gains distributions in 2008.  The New Century Alternative Strategies and Balanced Portfolios did not pay semi-annual distributions in 2008, all dividends were paid in December 2008.

Record date for 2008 year-end distributions is December 30th and ex- and pay date is December 31st.

The New Century Capital, Opportunistic and International Portfolios pay dividends, if any, to its shareholders on an annual basis. The New Century Balanced and Alternative Strategies Portfolios pay semi-annual dividends to its shareholders of substantially all of its net investment income, if any, earned during the year from its investments. Mutual funds are required to distribute income and gains to their shareholders in order to avoid income and excise taxes.  The shareholders in turn must include these distributions as income for tax purposes whether the distribution was received in cash or reinvested in additional shares.  Dividends are currently taxed at the more favorable long-term capital gain rates.
