| Wayne M. Grzecki,
who has over 20 years of investment experience, is President and
Portfolio Manager of the Trust. He has managed the Capital
Portfolio and Balanced Portfolio since 1995, the Opportunistic
Portfolio and International Portfolio since their inception in
November 2000, and co-managed, with Ronald A. Sugameli, the
Alternative Strategies Portfolio since its inception in May 2002
until March 31, 2005. Mr. Grzecki has been the President of
the Advisor since 8/2005 and before that was a Principal and Senior
Financial Counselor with the Advisor since 1986. Prior to
joining the Advisor, Mr. Grzecki practiced law with the Boston law
firm Hale and Dorr and the New York law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham
& Taft where he was responsible for general corporate,
partnership, and individual tax matters. Mr. Grzecki is a
graduate of
Boston
College
where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, the University of
Michigan Law School where he received a Juris Doctor degree, and New
York University School of Law where he received a Masters of Law in
Taxation. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the New
York Bar. |

| Ronald A.
Sugameli, who has over 20 years of investment experience, is
Vice-President of the Trust and Portfolio Manager of the Alternative
Strategies Portfolio. Mr. Sugameli has managed the Portfolio
since its inception in May 2002. He has been a Managing
Director with the Advisor since August 2005 and before that was a
Principal and Senior Financial Counselor with the Advisor since
1984. Prior to joining the Advisor, he practiced law
with Willkie, Farr & Gallagher in New York City where he was
responsible for structuring, documenting, due diligence and
regulatory approvals for stock, bond, and real estate syndication
offerings. In 1980 Mr. Sugameli joined the firm of Gaston Snow,
Beekman & Bogue continuing to specialize in securities,
corporate and tax law. In 1982 Mr. Sugameli moved to the
Boston
area where he was engaged in a general business law practice at Fine
and Ambrogne. Mr. Sugameli graduated from
Tufts
University
, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelors of Science degree in 1974. He
then attended
Georgetown
University
Law
Center
from which he received a J.D. in 1977. He is a member of the
Massachusetts Bar and the New York Bar.

Susan K. Arnold
Assistant
Portfolio Manager

Susan Arnold is a Vice President and Senior Financial Counselor for
the Advisor. Ms. Arnold is a CFP® practitioner.
In addition to her financial counseling experience, Ms. Arnold
serves as Assistant Portfolio Manager and Assistant Treasurer for
the New Century Portfolios. Prior to joining Weston in 1993, Ms.
Arnold was employed by Gulf Resources in
Boston as a Cash Manager. Ms.
Arnold received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from
Lake Forest
College and a Masters of Personal Financial Planning
degree at Bentley College.

Andre M. Fernandes is a Financial Counselor for the
Advisor. He has been with the Advisor since 2000. Mr.
Fernandes is a CFP® practitioner.
In addition to his financial counseling experience, Mr.
Fernandes serves as Assistant Portfolio Manager for New
Century Portfolios. Mr. Fernandes is a graduate of
Bentley College where he received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Finance. He is also a graduate of the College
for Financial Planning where he completed the CFP® Professional
Education Program. |
